Upon full payment for a project, the client will own the deliverables as agreed in the project contract. Matrion Solutions retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work commences, with the remainder due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrion Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or as necessary to deliver your project (e.g. cloud hosting providers).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
